Passionflower induces deep restful sleep, while the Eleuthero reduces the negative effects of stress on your immune system.

Contains: Organic Passionflower Leaf, Organic Eleuthero Root, Organic Hops Flower, Organic St. John's Wort Herb, Organic Catnip Leaf & Flower, Organic Skullcap Herb, Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water and approximately 5% Organic Grain Alcohol.

Take 1/4 teaspoon in water before going to bed. If you are still awake within 15-30 minutes, retake the dosage. This can be repeated up to 4 times.
