SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Orders are shipped one to two days after payment processing. The majority of orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available.
Please keep in mind that we are not open weekends and holiday's, so orders placed after 2pm MST Friday, or the day before a holiday, will most likely not be processed until the following business day.
International shipping quotes on website orders may vary from actual shipping cost, in which case we will adjust the shipping charges prior to processing payment. International shipments are shipped via USPS Priority or Express (chosen during checkout procedure).

How do I return an item?
Upon arrival of your order, please examine the contents. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
Fees - No fees are assessed for returned items
Return Shipping - It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for shipping charges for returned items and or exchanges, unless an error has occurred in which Mountain Meadow Herbs will exchange, correct or credit and incur the shipping costs.
Return for Refund - within 30 days from purchase date
Return for Credit on Account - within 90 days from purchase date
Exchange for another Product - within 90 days from purchase date
Only unopened product can be returned for credit, refund or exchange. No Credit, Exchange, or Refund will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date.
Refunds - refund of purchase price will be made to the same debit or credit card used for the purchase.
Books, Teas, Bulk Herbs and Custom Herbal Combinations cannot be returned.
