Gentle Birth:

Begin taking 5 weeks before your anticipated date of delivery.

Week 1:
Take 1/4 teaspoon before morning and evening meals.

Week 2:
Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals.

Maintain this dosage until delivery.

Caution: If you have high blood pressure we suggest ordering the Gentle Birth without Blue Cohosh. If you are taking additional Red Raspberry supplements (such as tea, capsules or extract) we suggest ordering the Gentle Birth without Red Raspberry.

Maxi-Milk:

Take 1/4 to 1/2 tsp in a glass of water 1-3 times daily.

After-Pain Relief:

Take 1/4 teaspoon as needed. Dosage can be repeated every 15 minutes (within reason) until relief is obtained.
