Stomach-Aid Contains: Organic Ginger Root (dried), Organic Fresh Ginger Root, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Peppermint Oil, distilled water, vegetable glycerine and approximately 5% organic grain alcohol.

Vari-Plex Contains: Bayberry Bark, Organic Bilberry Leaf, Organic Bilberries, Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water and approximately 5% Organic Grain Alcohol.

Herbal Calcium Contains: Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Shavegrass Herb, Organic Oatstraw Herb, Organic Cornsilk Herb, Organic Chamomile Flower, Organic Scullcap Herb, Vegetable Glycerine and Distilled Water.

Stomach-Aid

Take 1/4 teaspoon in warm water 1-3 times daily, or as needed.

If you are unable to keep down food or water, start with 1/2 dropperfull every half hour and place the drops directly under your tongue.

There are several different ways women prefer to take Stomach Aid. Some take a dropperfull before they eat, some mix the entire days dosage into a quart of water and sip on it throughout the day. Find what you feel you can handle and what works best for you.

Caution: This herbal extract formula should be used with caution if you have gallstones, gallbladder inflammation or ulcers.

The herbs contained in this product are not known to have any side effects on the mother or the unborn child.

*You must remember to shake the bottle well as the ginger settles to the bottom and is a strong contributing factor in relieving nausea.

Vari-Plex

Adults take 1/4 teaspoon in water 1-3 times daily.

Note:If you are taking Gentle Birth Formula please reduce Vari-Plex dosage to 1/8 teaspoon in water 1-3 times daily

Herbal Calcium

Teething Infants: 5 -10 drops 1-3 times daily, or as needed. Can be applied directly to the gums for a gentle numbing effect.

Ages 0-2 yrs: 5 -10 drops before bedtime to encourage restful sleep.

Ages 3-11 yrs: Take 1/8 teaspoon 1-3 times daily.

Adults 12 yrs and older: Take 1/4 teaspoon in water 1-3 times daily.

If taking with Herbal Iron, make sure to take the Herbal Iron in the morning and the Herbal Calcium in the evening as they compete for absorption.

Note: This herbal extract formula is considered safe for both expecting and nursing mothers. We do suggest using caution during early pregnancy as excessive use may stimuluate uterine contractions.
