• 2 full droppers equal approx. 1/4 teaspoon
• A "full dropper" is 1 squeeze on the dropper.

Whole Body Program: Take 3 to 7 tablets in the morning and evening, one half hour before meals, with at least 6 ounces of water.

Colon Program Take 1 to 3 tablets in the morning and evening one half hour before meals with at least 6 ounces of water.

Notice: Colon Program contains Cascara Sagrada Bark, Buckthorn Bark and Rhubarb Root. Read and follow directions carefully.
