Para-Cleanse

These three herbs, Green Black Walnut Hull, Wormwood and Cloves, are suggested by Dr. Clark to be used together. You can purchase the Complete Para-Cleanse Package, or get all 3 herbs in our new ClarkFx formula, which includes Green Rooibos Tea to enhance the effects of Wormwood.

The complete para-cleanse includes the individual herbs (green black walnut hull tincture, wormwood capsules and clove capsules) along with Arginine capsules (for energy) and Ornithine capsules (sleep aid).

ClarkFx contains Green Black Walnut Hull, Organic Cloves, Organic Wormwood, Organic Green Rooibos Tea, Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water and approximately 35% Organic Grain Alcohol.

Complete Para-Cleanse Package Suggested Use:

1.) Black Walnut Hull Tincture

Take the suggested amount in 1/2 cup of water. Sip it on an empty stomach such as before a meal. Sip it, don't gulp it. Add sweetening and flavoring to help it go down if you have a hard time swallowing it, or you may stir it into fruit sauce. Get it down within 15 minutes. The maximum dosage for people over 150 pounds is 2 1/2 teaspoons. For people over 200 pounds is 3 teaspoons. (See charge below under ClarkFx Suggested Use for more details)

The maximum dose works throughout the whole body, including in the bowel contents, a location unreachable by a smaller dose or by electric current. The alcohol in the tincture can make you slightly woozy for several minutes. Simply stay seated until you are comfortable again. You may put the tincture in lukewarm water to help evaporate some of the alcohol, but do not use hot water because that may damage the potency. Then take niacinamide 500mg to neutralize the alcohol [optional]. You could also feel a slight nausea for a few minutes. Walk in the fresh air or simply rest until it passes.

For a year: Take 2 tsp. Black Walnut Hull Tincture once a week as maintenance.

2.) Wormwood Capsules

Take according to the handy chart. Take the capsules all in a single dose (you may take a few at a time until they are all gone). You can take 7 capsules once a week forever, as it states in the Para-Cleanse Maintenance Program. Try not to get interrupted before the 6th day. After this, you may proceed more slowly if you wish. Many persons with sensitive stomachs prefer to stay longer on each dose instead of increasing according to this schedule. You may choose the pace after the 6th day.

3.) Cloves

Grocery store ground cloves are not what you want. They have lost their potency. Grind your own or purchase clove capsules. Take according to the charge below.

4.)Ornithine

Start by taking ornithine, 2 at bedtime on the first night you get it. Take 4 ornithine the second night. Take 6 ornithine at bedtime on the third night. After this take 4 or 6 capsules of ornithine at bedtime every night until you are sleeping soundly. Then go off ornithine and see whether your sleep is as good without it. It has not been found to be habit forming.

Arginine

Taking ornithine at bedtime may give you so much energy the next day that you don't need to take arginine in the morning. But if going off caffeine (highly suggested during this cleanse) has you dragging yourself through the morning, take one arginine upon rising and another before lunch and supper. It can make you a bit irritable. Cut back if this happens.

Once you reach this point you do not need to keep a strict schedule, but instead may choose any day of the week to take all the para-cleanse program ingredients. Continue on the maintenance program indefinitely.

ClarkFx Suggested Use:

We do not suggest using this product if you are an expectant or nursing mom or a child under 5 years of age. We suggest Olive Leaf Liquid Extract for nursing or expectant moms and children under 2 years of age, or Para-Rid for children between 2 and 5 years of age.

Pets (except horses) can use ClarkFx

ClarkFx should be used for two week stretches with a one week break in between. Dosages can be increased or decreased depending on how your body responds to the herbs. Start with the "Starting Dosage" for your weight on the chart below. If you have no reaction, gradually increase dosage daily by 1-2 drops per dosage until you experience a headache, or until you reach the maximum dosage level for your weight. If you get a headache, decrease the dosage.

You may put the drops in water or juice to suit your taste.

Most cleanses can be completed with 4 two week regimens.

ClarkFx may also be used topically with a diluted solution of 25 drops ClarkFx to 50 drops water and use twice daily. Be aware that you may feel a burning sensation for a few seconds after applying to the skin. The alcohol content may dry the skin, so it is not suggested to do this for more than 2 weeks or if an irritation develops.

Do not place drops directly into the ear You may, however; use the above diluted ClarkFx (25 drops per 50 drops water) and soak a cotton ball with the solution and then place the cotton ball into the ear twice daily. If you have a perforated ear drum you should not put anything into your ear.
