Bowel Program

Although most bowel bacteria are beneficial, the ones that are not are extremely detrimental. It is therefore important to retain a healthy bacterial balance in the intestines. Dr. Clark's Bowel Program is designed to do just that.

The complete Bowel Program includes one bottle each of: Betaine Hydrochloride capsules, Black Walnut Hull tincture, Cascara Sagrada, Digestive enzyme capsules, Dr. Clark's Iodine Solution, Fennel Seed, Magnesium Oxide and Turmeric.

• The first thing to do is to improve sanitation. use 50% grain alcohol in a spray bottle at the bathroom sink. Sterilize your hands after bathroom use and before meals.
• Second, use betaine hydrochloride (2 tablets 3 times daily)
• Third, use turmeric (2 capsules 3 times daily - this is the common spice). Expect orange colored stools.
• Fourth, use fennel (2 capsules 3 times daily)
• Fifth, use digestive enzyme tablets with meals as directed on bottle
• Sixth, use a single 2 teaspoon dose of Black Walnut Hull. Add it to 1/2 glass of water or fruit juice and sip over a fifteen minute period.
• Seventh, take Cascara sagrada (an herb, start with one capsule daily, use up to maximum on the label), extra magnesium (300mg magnesium oxide, 2 or 3 daily), and drink a cup of hot water upon rising in the morning. Notice: Cascara sagrada will liquify the stool. Do not take it if you have diarrhea. Do not use Cascara sagrada for more than 3 weeks in a row.
• Eighth, take Lugol's solution, 6 drops in 1/2 cup water 4 times daily.

Follow the program until you feel your mood is stable and your gas levels have normalized. This cleanse does not have a time span specified, you must listen to your body. Do not use Cascara sagrada for more than 3 weeks in a row.
