Ingredients
Contains: Organic Valerian Root, Organic Hops Flower, Organic Skullcap Herb, Organic Passionflower Leaf, vegetable glycerine, distilled water and approximately 5% organic grain alcohol.
Suggested Use
Adults and children over 12 years of age: take 1/4 teaspoon 10 minutes before bedtime.
Children 6-12 years of age: take 1/8 teaspoon 10 minutes before bedtime.
Dosage can be repeated in 20 minutes if needed.
Please allow 7-14 days for full benefit of this product to be realized.
Not suggested for children under 6 years of age or expecting or nursing moms. We suggest using Herbal Calcium in these situations.
