Women:
We suggest only using 1-2 bottles of Progesterone Cream (Menopause) before switching to Progesterone Cream
If you are still menstruating it is suggested to find your starting day by counting to day 12 of your cycle (the day your period starts is day 1). Then use 1 pump daily 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for 3-6 months.
If you are menopausal or have had a hysterectomy, take one pump daily for 25 days, then stop for 3-5 days.
For women who are not regularly having a period or have no period (but are not past menopause) use one pump a day for 45 days and then stop. Your period should start 1-2 days later. Then switch to the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting on day 12.
Caution: Progesterone Cream (Menopause) is not suggested for use while expecting or nursing. We suggest using this Progesterone Cream during these times.
