I was concerned with not having enough breast milk stashed when I returned to work and expressed this to my midwife. She asked me to try this and told me to pump after every nursing session. What a relief to return to work knowing I had enough milk stocked for my baby. This product also helped me get my supply back up when I had a case of clogged ducts. After the initial resting period the breast goes through to heal itself, my supply was back to normal with the help of the herbs in this supplement.
