Adult women: take 1/4 teaspoon 3-4 times daily before meals.

Days 1-12 take 7,000 to 10,000 mgs of Vitamin C in 3 divided doses. Days 13-28 reduce dosage to 3,000 to 5,000 mgs of Vitamin C in 3 divided doses. Drink plenty of water with the Vitamin C.
